Kimber Tower is the Executive Director of Upper Valley CAC. She began her work in child advocacy in 2015 and has been honored to work with over 450 child victims and their families since that time. She is a child forensic interviewer and is trained in NICHD, NCAC, and Utah CJC methods of forensic interviewing.
